Anyone who handles, manufacture,
serves, sell, store, processes, distributes, transports or import food –
According to the Schedule IV, Food Safety & Standard Regulations, 2011.
So, any food business operator(FBO) that fails to register
themselve under FSSAI or comply with the conditions or procure a FSSAI license
will have their license cancelled or suspended, without refund of fee.
